Translation
Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power. Knowing contentment is wealth. Perseverance is a sign of will. Those who stay where they are endure. To die but not be forgotten is to be truly long-lived.
